Benefits of Volunteering
There are many benefits to volunteering. Most importantly, volunteering is an important way to share the love of God with the world. Volunteering shares Jesus with a dark world. Volunteering can increase self-esteem and help people discover and use their strengths. It makes you feel better about yourself sharing the love of God with others. Volunteering is a great way to feel connected with those hurting and be a Christian friend. Serving the needy is also a great way to give back to those that need Christ.
New Ways to Volunteer
Volunteer work comes in many forms and configurations. Individuals can offer their time at a homeless shelter, food banks, animal shelter, library, camp, hospital, or other nonprofit organizations. But, in the 21st century, there's a new and unique way to volunteer: online. People in any country, rich or poor, can volunteer in the digital world. There are many ways individuals can volunteer online. Anyone can be a prayer warrior, do proofreading if that is your area of expertise. Or contact those searching for answers or respond to emails from folks who say they do not know God. All it takes is compassion for those that are looking for spiritual answers.

Prayer Warriors
We believe that corporate and personal prayer changes lives through the power of the Holy Spirit. Prayer volunteers intercede, especially for those with needs taking place daily around the world. Some examples are those who do not know God, need healing, drug and alcohol abuse, sexual sins, family issues, are new to Christianity, are looking for a local church, or a lot that need a mentoring Christian friend. Email Christian Mentors (Desperately Needed!)
Worldwide online visitors can join and connect with mature Christian mentors through Questionsgod.com, our evangelistic website. Mentors answer spiritual questions and share the Gospel through email at first and see where it leads to.
We do try to find folks that can relate. This morning have a troubled person that wants a Christian friend to talk to. Another example is that we get many requests from Muslims and Eastern religions questioning their beliefs but are afraid of persecution. In those cases, I would get a born-again Christian in their country if possible.
Another example is teens worldwide, because of the covid pandemic, searching for answers about life. Email coaches answer questions from online guests and reach them at the point of their spiritual need with hope and faith in the Gospel. They also encourage others that are searching to take the next step toward Christ.
Over time it can develop into DISCIPLESHIP MENTORS - COACHES. Helping those curious about Christianity or new Christians move from the online world to offline and into a Christian church by connecting them with local churches interested in disciplining them. Discipleship coaches guide new believers—or those curious about Christianity—by email studying one of our five study guide courses. One is for those searching, another for a new Christian. More information on the study guides here. Mentors are there to encourage, pray for and help participants to grow in their faith.
